soothe yourself | Arnica Balm

Soothe Yourself is used for exactly what the name suggests, while diffusing a gentle scent of lavender when applied, rather than smelling like a gym-locker room in contrast to other products on the market.

This balm is a high-potency formula, made with locally sourced ingredients and their clinically-proven natural healing properties as used in traditional therapies, including arnica and hypericum (St. John's Wort) infused oils, sweet almond oil, lavender and camphor essential oils, and vitamin-E.

In traditional medicine, arnica, hypericum and camphor are used to help manage inflammation, pain, and other musculoskeletal ailments. Sweet almond oil is a great carrier oil in combination with vitamin-E, to assist in nourishing the skin.

Our formula is commonly used by physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other health professionals in their treatment rooms to assist patients.

Due to the addition of camphor in this product, it not recommended to be used during pregnancy.

What our customers say:

"Having used a number of other massage creams and ointments in the past, coming across Wine Country Lavender's "Soothe Yourself" has been a game-changer. We use it on our patients for all sorts of soft tissue injuries, joint sprains, and in general massage, giving great results to reduce inflammation and swelling around an affected area. Being really selective with the products we use at our clinic, "Soothe Yourself" has the active ingredients needed to address aches and pains, blended carefully to produce a high quality product used by our practitioners." - Marcus Drivas (Chiropractor)
